Our Pre-Auction event will showcase the great work we have on offer, and will be the best way to get a closer look at the work, the images on our website don’t do them justice!

On-Line Auction
Welcome to our Arts Auction. We hope you find something to your liking from the many beautiful works on offer.
You can lodge a bid, in advance, on any artwork you like simply by clicking on the ‘BID NOW’ button next to the image. Please state your MINIMUM and MAXIMUM bids via email by following the link. Your bids will then be emailed to the curator, Saira Lloyd, who will acknowledge your bid and pass it on to the auctioneer. There is a suggested ‘guide price’ which might help you decide how much you want to bid, but it is only a guide – the final amount is entirely up to you. However, these are all original pieces of art, personally donated by the artists themselves in support of this appeal. Each piece would normally sell via auction houses and art galleries for considerably higher price.
This is your chance to not only make a real difference to the victims of this disaster, who are still suffering today, but also to own something truly unique and beautiful to treasure forever. So please, be as generous as you can when making your bid.
The online auction will close at 11.59pm on 17 March.
48 hours later, the live auction at Deda kicks off at 8pm on 19th March. You are welcome to view all the artwork beforehand between 4-7pm.
Deda Auction – On the Night
The Deda auction will take place on the 19th March 2011 at Deda, Chapel Street, Derby, DE1 3GU. The auction will start at 7pm with a sparkling reception, canapés and performance by artist Sally Lemsford. You will also have a chance to meet with many of the artists and discuss their work. A licensed bar will be open for the remainder of the evening.

On the night of the auction at Deda, bidding will continue in increments, as with a normal auction, until the artwork is sold. If your bid is the highest on the night, you will secure the artwork. So, once again, please think carefully when deciding how much to bid.
We will contact you after the auction to tell you whether or not your bid was successful. We will also tell you how you can pay. Artwork can be collected from Derby or Nottingham; alternatively, if we post the work to you, the additional P&P costs will be added to your purchase.
